You acknowledge and agree that data processed through the Platform may be anonymized and sent to third-party language model services (e.g., ChatGPT, Ollama) as specified by you.
Kernvind acts as an intermediary to facilitate the interaction between your data and the chosen LLM.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the use of these LLMs complies with their respective terms and conditions.
We are not responsible for how third-party LLM services handle your data. Please review the privacy policies and terms of the LLM providers you select.
6. Third-Party Services
Kernvind integrates with third-party services (e.g., Ollama, ChatGPT). Your use of these services is subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for issues arising from the use of third-party services.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property related to Kernvind, including trademarks, logos, and software, is owned by us or our licensors.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding its performance, availability, or suitability for your specific needs.
9. Limitation of Liability
